Daleenda is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer at Daleenda, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services in a compelling manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for Daleenda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Daleenda and engage with potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
