**Responsibilities**:
- Office Operations: As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This includes managing daily office activities, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment for our team.
- Event Coordination Support: You will play a vital role in supporting our event coordination team by assisting with logistics, documentation, and coordination. This includes maintaining event calendars, managing client inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
- Financial Administration: You will assist in financial administration tasks such as managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Client Relations: As an Office Manager, you will be a key point of contact for clients and visitors. Your exceptional communication skills and warm demeanor will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Team Support: You will provide support to our team members by assisting with various administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Your efficient multitasking abilities will ensure the smooth functioning of our team.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in office management or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
