Employees Relations and Benefits Officer

Identify and drive philosophies and programs to foster constructive employee relations (for example, disciplinary grievances, etc.) and ensure the organizations approach to its employees is fair, respectful and consistent.
- Gather, analyze and interpret data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to facilitate positive employee relations.
- Evaluate and improve existing HR practices & policies related to the Personnel, Compensation and Benefits to introduce new perspectives and processes.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant.
**Skills**:
Good in English Language.
**Experience**:
2-3 years in the same field
