**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
