Partner Operations Support Analyst

**What you'll do**:
As a Partner Operations Support Analyst within our Global Partner Operations (GPO) team, you will be instrumental in enhancing the partner experience by managing and optimizing partner operations.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and productive onboarding process for our partners. This includes curating and regularly updating content on our Partner Portal, guaranteeing that our partners have immediate access to the most current information, tools, and resources they need for success.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Partner Operations Support Lead.
**Responsibility**
- Oversee and streamline the partner onboarding process, encompassing initial qualification, thorough compliance verification, and efficient contracting procedures
- Conduct basic orientation sessions for partners on Portal usage, Programs, and enablement strategies
- Address and resolve partner support issues and escalations, aiming for high satisfaction levels
- Curate and regularly update content on the DocuSign Partner Portal, ensuring that partners can access up-to-date information, tools, and resources
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with unmanaged partners and internal stakeholders, aligning with their needs and objectives
- Engage in creating and analyzing detailed reports to optimally manage and enhance overall partner performance
- Manage the operational aspects of partner programs, including agreement administration, compliance oversight, and performance reporting
- Provide consistent updates and insights on program performance to internal teams and partners
- Assist proactively in resolving operational challenges encountered by partners
- Engage in AdHoc projects and initiatives as per evolving business requirements
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across different time zones, ensuring effective global collaboration and communication

time.
Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. **What you bring**:
**Basic**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partner operations, customer support, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Basic understanding of contract management and compliance issues
**Preferred**
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field
- Over 3 years in partner management or operations within a technology company
- Experience in conducting training sessions or presentations
- Prior work with global partners and understanding of cross-cultural business practices
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and partner portal tools
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting
- Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Flexibility to work across various time zones
- Experience in leading projects and initiatives
