**What You'll Do**
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting strategic sales initiatives to build opportunities to new and existing channels and performing analytics/ad-hoc reporting for business planning. You will also play a key role in managing business development activities in the Philippines, an emerging center for appficiency. You will also help us gain local exposure among alliance partners and maintain client relationships. Professionals in this role will be challenged to leverage their knowledge of business development, strategy and streamlined operations to help grow our client base.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Responsibilities**
- Support sales in the following lines of business in **Services, Products and Integrations**:
- Maintain a spotless CRM system by tracking new/existing opportunities and partner on-boarding/ agreements across NetSuite and HubSpot.
- Create Statements of Work for services engagements and review with management prior to sending to the customer for signature
- Develop and maintain ad hoc sales metrics, sales forecast pipeline and dashboard on HubSpot to monitor KPIs and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate consultative sales cycle, scope out HubSpot needs of prospects and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.
- Collaborating with Marketing to create sales collateral (business cases, sales decks, ROI presentations, etc.) for customer facing interactions
- Work closely with other members of the Sales team, Marketing, and Delivery team to deliver new business sales
- Maintain regular communication and planning with Delivery Team to ensure capacity and availability of resources for new projects can be met upon close of sale.
- Help drive RFP process gathering input from key stakeholders to meet solution design.
- Manage and follow through renewal leads, leveraging existing and new sales contacts, as well as existing accounts and partners
- Write, review, and negotiate contracts and terms with prospects
**Qualifications**
- Business/Marketing graduate or equivalent work experience
- Experience in software industry, CRM a plus - HubSpot and NetSuite experience highly desired
- Preferably with past sales work experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Cloud computing technologies
