**What you'll do**:
As a Partner Program Operations Administrator within our Global Partner Operations (GPO) team, you will be instrumental in enhancing the partner experience by managing and optimizing partner operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include partner content and agreement management, including managing internal and external program guides and partner agreement workflow support tasks.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Programs Operations.
**Responsibility**
- Curate and regularly update content on the DocuSign Partner Portal, ensuring that partners can access up-to-date information, tools, and resources
- Create and update internal program guides and conducting content-related audits
- Manage standard and negotiated agreements, creating and updating agreement templates and supporting the approval process
- Support agreement workflows through DocuSign’s products, including eSign and CLM
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with unmanaged partners and internal stakeholders, aligning with their needs and objectives
- Engage in AdHoc projects and initiatives as per evolving business requirements
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across different time zones, ensuring effective global collaboration and communication
**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within DocuSign. DocuSign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partner operations, customer support, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Basic understanding of contract management and compliance issues
**Preferred**
- Diligent with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Over 3 years in partner management or operations within a technology company
- Experience in conducting training sessions or presentations
- Prior work with global partners and understanding of cross-cultural business practices
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and partner portal tools
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting
- Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Flexibility to work across various time zones
- Experience in leading projects and initiatives
