  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to design and propose customized logistics solutions that address the unique needs of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support for new clients.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends competitor activities and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase the companys capabilities and value proposition.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities client interactions and business opportunities in the companys CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the companys overall business development strategy.

requirements:

Bachelor degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience.

3 years experience in the same field (Freight Forwarding Air Sea and Inland Customs Clearance and NAFEZA system).

Good in English (Writing & Speaking).

Proficiency in Microsoft office & ERP systems.

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Fulltime.
  • On site.
  • working hours 9 AM : 5 PM
  • Days off (Friday & Saturday)
