As a Sales Operations Executive you will be responsible for keeping the department running in an efficient manner by increasing the productivity of the team and meeting expectations of the internal and external stakeholders.
He/she will provide leadership and guidance to all team members and mentor them in a manner which enhances their skills and functionality.
In this role, you will:
Consistently and continuously monitoring client âhealth and quality metricsâ ensuring they are in line with managementâs expectations and to ensure efficient use of service and no malpracticeServing as an internal sales support for the sales team to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals.Helping enriches the leads database by following up with the marketing departmentFollowing up on clientsâ due payments and work closely with the Finance team to ensure a proper cash flow processCollecting market insights and keeping up to date with the autos market and local development news.Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.Maintaining a healthy CRM and dashboards by regularly following up with the team to ensure all required input and fields are completed.Liaising with finance, customer support, legal and marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues.Overseeing the activities and performance of the team and conducting quarterly performance reviews.Coordinating with the car sales specialist and other departments on all on ground events.Meeting or exceeding performance targets stipulated by your line manager.
Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in business administration or relevant education.+5 Years of experience in Automotive Sales marketProven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clientsIn-depth understanding of Automotive market in EgyptMust have a Car + Valid driver & licensePractical understanding of automotive basics.Results driven and team player but able to work independentlyReliable, resourceful, approachable, and discreetExcellent verbal and written communication skills / Telephone mannerExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a target-driven companyHard-negotiator, deal maker
