Job Context: To ensure all the HR processes and procedures are properly carried out with compliance to all group policies.
Key Accountabilities:
Provides second level expert services in the areas of Process Management, Training & Communication, Knowledge Management, OM, PA,TA & PY. Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is familiar with functionality & HR global data definitions. Takes care of answering complex queries and transactions related to OM, PA , TA & PY. Responsible to escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the Regional system support organization. Provides trainings to Tier 1 in order to increase the first contact resolution rate. Responsible to manage user access requests on GRC tool and support required documentation process.(deputy role owner) Responsible to ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation Responsible for reviewing PA & OM transactions (hires, leavers , promotions, HR letters etc…) Responsible for payroll transactional data upload in timely & accurately delivered on HR coreMake recommendations for the development of, or enhancements to, current systems and the implementation of new systems and tools for better reporting and analytics. Coordinate and prioritize ad-hoc data and reporting requests and data collection from both internal and external sources for analysis.
About You:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resources.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
2-5 years of Human Resources experience. Experience with SAP is a plus. Local Labour Law knowledge is a must.

Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects Ability to execute on ideas Ability to build strong relationships Possess high-level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, SAP
