You will be located in Avedøre and joining the global Oterra Supply chain team. We work in an informal atmosphere characterized by a good and open dialogue. **What would your role look like?**
As a 3PL Operations Manager your main responsibilities will include:

- Owner and driver of periodic business review process with external partners to ensure the right level of cost, service, and quality. This is a key task in our supply chain to ensure products are delivered to customers as expected.
- Closely monitor performance of our 3rd Party Distribution Center partners located globally. This is essential to ensure excellent delivery performance which is a key success parameter in our promise to our customers.
- Maintain a network of key business stakeholders across the company to communicate and ensure alignment on our logistics approach
- Establish a KPI-based structure to systematically evaluate the performance and drive a continuous development culture in collaboration with our 3rd Party Distribution Center partners
- Be responsible for partners remaining in compliance with local rules and regulations.
- Ensure audit scheme to Perform audits to ensure company standards are met

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for you, who is self-driven, proactive, and passionate about ensuring an excellent global 3PL network for Oterra. You are structured and have an analytical mindset, strong skills in logistics management and have experience with managing accounts.

As you will collaborate with stakeholders across the global organization you thrive with contact to people in a respectful way. We expect you to be engaging, development oriented and inviting to cooperation. You thrive working independently and understand how to achieve results in a global environment.

The nature of our business is fast moving, why it is also important that you enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment. Finally, you thrive with repetitive operational tasks.

Your key competencies are:

- Seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience and a proven track record is preferred
- Profound logistics operations experience with good results
- Warehouse management experience and having monitored a 3PL setup is an advantage and/or have experience in managing accounts
- You might have an educational background at B.Sc. level in Business, Engineering or alike but it is not a requirement.
