S/c Project Manager

Requisition ID: 28778- Job Location(s): Graasten, DKDanfoss Drives, DK Supply Chain Technology Center is looking for an experienced **S/C Project Manager**, who will play a key role in enabling the manufacturing of our new generation premium drives.

You will become part of a small, but competent and experienced project management team with high aspirations, who value differences and actively seeks inspiration to develop ourselves, tools, technologies, and ways of working. The project management team is part of the DK technology organization which includes 50 highly motivated colleagues working closely together from our office in Gråsten.

You will work from our office in Gråsten - with the possibility to work from home when the tasks and schedule allows it.

**Responsibilities**:
As our new S/C Project Manager, you will take the S/C Lead role on introducing new products in operation, which includes supporting R&D from the early design phase until the handover to S/C Operations - a product development process currently transforming into an Agile & Scrum framework. Beside new product introduction, the team supports various activities and projects, such as:

- Large scale product changes in running production - S/C coordination.
- Bigger changes in manufacturing set-up - design and build new production areas.
- Production Technology and Systems activities - development and implementation.

You will mainly be working with activities related to the factory in Gråsten - but in a global perspective, with technology center colleagues, R&D, and suppliers in other regions. In your daily work you will interact highly cross functional, with a strong link to especially Product Management and Development.

**Background & Skills**:
You have a relevant educational background on bachelor or master level. You have some years of experience with project management, and if you have knowledge on Agile & Scrum practices it would be an advantage. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of business flows and processes from a similar industry.

On a personal note, you have a good drive, are eager to learn and you can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges that we meet every day. At the same time, you work independently, pay attention to details and you have a structured approach. You will be working in a cross cultural environment, requiring solid communication skills in English, both orally and written, where Danish also will be an advantage.
