We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in continuously improving our organization and performance. **What would your role look like?** As Global Project Lead Operations, your main responsibilities will include: - Be the project manager of SAP ERP roll out in countries and sites for Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Sourcing coordinating BPO and local teams. Act as Project Manager Operations within the Global ERP project team - Lead initiatives from design to execution to optimize our Global Supply Chain in collaboration with all business, finance and Operations teams - In future, you may be required to be part of otherstrategic projects like M&As including due diligence or other aspects supporting integrations or transitions **Who are we looking for?** You have a university degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent. Regardless of your academic background, you have thorough knowledge within end-to-end supply chain (from sourcing of Raw Materials to selling point). You have proven track record within the following areas: - End to end supply chain optimization & footprint design and execution at regional or Global scale - Operational Supply Chain and / or Manufacturing experience (Supply-Chain Mgr, Plant Mgr..) - Project Management of large scale with high level of change management and people engagement - Have been part of an ERP roll-out with a large end to end view - Managed significant budget or P&L We expect you to - Be a senior leader able to interact at the shopfloor as well as with senior Management at strategic level - Have strong business acumen while curiosity and understanding for processes and products - Be able to travel extensively (>60%) - Be English speaker, additional language (French, Spanish, Italian or Danish preferably) is a plus. To succeed in this position, you need to - Understand global supply-chain and be very structured, data driven - Have high ERP experience (SAP preferred but not mandatory) in multisite and large organization while having high sensitivity and passion for such systems - Master cross functional, international and multicultural collaboration - Manage ambiguity with focus on increasing simplicity and see change as an opportunity - Be able to execute at fast pace being pragmatic - Be a natural leader with whom people connect and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment - Resilient, flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. **What we offer you?** You will be based at our offices in Hoersholm, Denmark, near Copenhagen. Location in one of our European facility or office near Laval (France), Parma - Bologna (Italy) or Valencia (Spain) may be accommodated.
