**The team for you to join**

You will join a highly skilled and engaged Global S&OP and Supply Planning team. Oterra was carved out from Chr. Hansen in 2021, and since then, we have worked on establishing our infrastructure, including our ERP system. We are in the early days of SAP S4/Hana go-live and Oterra are working on IBP (Integrated Business Planning). It consists of an end-to-end business and financial planning system all in one integrated process.

Oterra has an aggressive growth plan, which includes M&A, and any acquisitions will be integrated on the same platform. S&OP is the heart of our business and a critical component to ensure business success. Do you want to be part of that and take us to the next level?

**What would your role look like?**

As Head of Global S&OP, you will be expected to drive the following areas:

- Continue to develop a very engaged Global S&OP organization
- Key driver of the Executive S&OP process, SC KPI´s and ensure resolution of critical SC constrains
- Enable Management to focus on key business critical topics and decision making
- Global demand alignment with global sales
- Global capacity alignment with manufacturing sites
- Yearly sign-off of strategic raw materials with Global Stakeholders, Sourcing, Sales and Product Management functions
- Global inventory/NWC planning
- Continue to develop the S&OP/IBP process as well as to ensure organizational development
- To be the key stakeholder in the annual CAPEX process, to ensure capacity expansions where needed

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a senior S&OP professional who is passionate, committed, and proactive. You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex matters in a simple way.

You are structured and have an analytical mindset. We expect you to be open, service minded and collaborative. Further, you are a strong team player. The nature of our business is fast moving, why it is also important that you enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment. You are fluent in English, as you will be working with colleagues globally.
- A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant education
- 5-7 years of experience with S&OP, also in a managerial role
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA is a requirement
- Strong skills in Excel and Power BI tools
- Well organized and able to work with and meet deadlines
