**About us**
We are a team consisting of 10 people located in Denmark and Finland, who create and deliver technical product training. We conduct training both as face-to-face and online ensuring the right competencies within Danfoss Drives, but we also deliver training for partners and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create online self-study training content based on PowerPoint presentations.
- Update our online self-study content to ensure learning by integrating questions, activities, animations, illustrations etc.
- Transform training online self-study content into adaptive learning.
- Utilizing metadata to improve the online self-study training content.

**Background & Skills**:

- Insight and understanding of adult and online self-study learning.
- Knowledge about learning objectives, Blooms taxonomy and how to ensure learning.
- Digital flair and quick learner - as you will be creating the training in our content creative platform Articulate or Rhapsode.
- Able to analyse data and put the findings into actions.
- High written and oral English level.
- Self-driven, innovative and result oriented.
- A basic understanding of adaptive learning is an advantage.
- Knowledge about AC drives and/or electronics is an advantage.

**Practical information**
Workhours are based on your availability and working hours are flexible, but you should be able to participate in meeting between 09:00-17:00 CET as you will be working closely with people from Denmark and Finland plus collaborating with people from the USA.

Start date is as soon as possible with no pre-defined period. Salary will follow standard company policy for students.

Possibility for home office, office located in Gråsten/DK or Vasaa/FIN or a combination of the two (hybrid office).
