**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Present Solar Sol’s solutions to prospective clients through meetings, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Solar Sol.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options (leases, PPAs, loans), and government incentives.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Networking**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- **Self-Motivated**: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering (preferred Electricity or Mechanical or Energy ).
