The Business Development Officer will support the Head of Business Development in a variety of tasks including research, email and communications writing, presentation preparation, and meeting with potential and existing investors. This role is crucial in helping to drive the firm's business development strategies and achieving growth objectives.

Location: Cairo, Zamalik.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting research to identify business development opportunities and needs in local and international markets.
  • Help identify untapped potential industrial sectors, partners, and investors.
  • Support the research and analysis of manufacturing and industrial developments, including incentives, policies, and trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities
  • stay informed about industrial laws, regulations and policies.
  • Assist in providing analysis and recommendations for localizing successful models.
  • Assist in drafting and managing email communications and correspondence.
  • Write and develop communication materials for various stakeholders under the guidance of the head of Business Development.
  • Assist in preparing periodic presentations for the board and for marketing purposes.
  • Support the development of client-focused strategic proposals and presentations.
  • Participate in meetings with international investors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain long-term local and international networks to enhance market footprint.
  • Liaise with the Marketing and Sales team and other units across the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent speaking and writing skills in both languages.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
