We're looking for a
Business Development Lead
to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead a results-driven team that delivers tailored training and talent development solutions to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition
- Build and grow strong B2B client relationships aligned with Brightn's training solutions.
- Generate and convert leads through outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and present tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Promote and convert leads for open B2C courses.
- Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure seamless coordination with operations after deal closure.
- Follow up on client payments and manage collections.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare client reports and ensure full satisfaction post-delivery.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support the BD team to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Set team objectives, track performance, and attend client meetings when needed.
- Conduct regular team check-ins to review progress and share best practices.
- Coach and mentor team members on negotiation, sales, and client management.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.
3. Business Development & Market Insights
- Support business planning, pricing, and segmentation strategies.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders to expand reach and value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on BD performance.
- Lead registration and vendor listing processes with priority clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
in
B2B business development or corporate training sales
.
- Proven track record in
client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure
.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in
English and Arabic
.
- Experience in
training, HR, or consulting sectors
is preferred.
- CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Leadership experience managing small teams is a strong advantage.
