Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and creating strategies for market expansion. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and grow the company's portfolio in investment opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the real estate and commercial investment market in Egypt, particularly in areas such as New Cairo, North Coast, and other emerging regions
  • Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and market research abilities
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with zoning laws, property acquisition processes, and regulatory compliance in the Egyptian market is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in project management, time management, and working remotely
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, with relevant professional experience
