The Business Development Executive is accountable for implementing all programs and product launches with the partners. S/he scouts and reports new potential deals while collaborating and supervising on projects from introduction to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and negotiate opportunities for expansion and growth through research, field visits, and outsourced services;
  • Analyze market trends and needs to grow business and sales;
  • Ensure proper planning of future developmental projects in alignment with the company strategy.
  • Identify, initiate and develop contacts with strategic business partners and potential clients, generating revenues and attracting partnerships;
  • Implement New Product Introduction (NPI), merchandising, and maintenance of the Apple Monoband programs.
  • Track the NPI program refresh and ensure readiness across all the APR and Mono-AAR stores.
  • Report the accurate weekly sell-out of resellers;
  • Follow up on the status of APR and AAR + Mono-brand excellence strategy;
  • Participate in the weekly calls, engage with the partners on discussed actions and share a weekly report with Apple;
  • Handle the Monobrand and Multibrand program expansion plan.
  • Support on the new stores and programs' execution process (store briefs, fixtures ordering, business cases, store readiness for opening, follow-ups with the partners, etc.)
  • Support for the quarterly review.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with local/international laws and Midis' code of conduct.
  • Retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field

Experience

At least 4-5 years of industry-related experience
