Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and representing the company in negotiations and client meetings. The role involves developing strategies to expand the company's market reach, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, and providing regular reports on business development activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the real estate and land investment industry
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving business development goals
- Proficiency in using CRM and business development software
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus
