Key Responsibilities

  • Department Coordination
  • Schedule and document BD meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
  • Maintain a master calendar for outreach events, investor meetings, and industry exhibitions.
  • Market & Lead Management
  • Collect and update market intelligence on New Damietta and national real-estate trends.
  • Maintain CRM databases and monitor progress of leads, partnerships, and joint-venture discussions.
  • Proposal & Document Support
  • Assist in drafting presentations, investor decks, and RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Coordinate internal reviews of MOUs, LOIs, and JV term sheets with legal and finance teams.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison
  • Act as a communication bridge between BD, Marketing, Finance, and Project Development to ensure timely flow of information.
  • Support preparation of monthly business-development performance reports for senior management.
  • Event & Partnership Logistics
  • Organize site visits, investor roadshows, and trade-fair participation.
  • Handle logistics for syndicate or institutional partner meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, real estate, or corporate coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
