Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Localization Business Development Executive based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and executing business strategies. Responsibilities include developing new client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role allows some work-from-home arrangements but requires occasional on-site presence in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the translation and localization industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
  • Present and promote DB Group's translation services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or account management, in the translation or localization industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of translation and localization services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Excellent Command of spoken and written English (minimum C1).
