**Role purpose**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
2. Lead the internal & external recruitment marketing campaigns from concept to execution, measuring success and reporting back ROI.
3. Work with global talent acquisition teams to identify talent profiles and key decision drivers that would attract those individuals to the organization and integrate that knowledge into marketing campaigns
4. Move our attraction & engagement from reactive to proactive, getting ahead of demand and creating Always On attraction & engagement strategies, and most importantly landing them
5. Manage & leverage relationships and key global external partners i.e. Job Boards, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Pathmotion, Social Media Agencies etc. to position _VOIS as an employer of choice in the IT & ITeS industry.

2. Proven track record of being a go-getter, motivated and creative professional with demonstrated event, project and budget management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage complex global projects.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Minimum 3 years of in-house or agency experience in Talent Attraction Strategy, Employer Branding Strategy, EVP, Brand Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Online Reputation Management and Recruitment.
