Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, execute recruitment strategies, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, providing an excellent candidate experience, and supporting the company's goals for workforce growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
