- As a global talent attraction specialist, you will be responsible to enhance Capgemini’s capacity to attract talent in the market through a wide variety of initiatives to support local talent acquisition priorities.-
- **Key Responsibilities**-
- Support local talent acquisition teams in presenting Capgemini, its brands, and its roles in a relevant way to diverse target groups: work with personas to understand best what our diverse target groups expect from an employer and share this knowledge to build recruitment campaigns, write attractive job descriptions, support TA teams and hiring managers in their argumentations during interviews etc
- Foster meaningful relationships with country/BU-based talent acquisition, HR and marketing and communication stake holders to drive common programs.

- **Job Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
- Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy.-
