We are looking for a
Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team in Benghazi, Libya. If you have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the construction/Industrial sector, and experience working with recruitment agencies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for
    blue-collar and white-collar roles
    across the APAC and MENA regions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source top talent efficiently.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment
    , preferably within the
    construction or Industrial sector
    .
  • Proven track record of hiring across the
    GCC, APAC and MENA regions
    .
  • Experience working with
    recruitment agencies
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
