Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist internship role located in New Cairo. The Talent Acquisition Specialist intern will manage and support the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities will also involve assisting in developing employer branding strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruiting goals, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience or knowledge in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and Employer Branding strategies is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree of any field.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST (B2/C1)
