Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the team's staffing needs are met. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to create efficient hiring plans and implementing best-in-class recruitment strategies. Additionally, the recruiter will focus on improving candidate experience and contributing to VXI's talent acquisition goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including candidate sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes
  • Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills with an understanding of best practices and tools
  • Exceptional Communication and Interviewing skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and a focus on meeting recruitment targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
  • Familiarity with the BPO industry is highly advantageous
