Role Description

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (BPO Industry) to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill various roles within the organization. The role involves managing candidate pipelines, ensuring an excellent hiring experience, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Recruiting and Interviewing techniques
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written proficiency
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in recruiting for the BPO industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
