Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Mass-Hiring). The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee mass-hiring efforts while ensuring hiring goals are met effectively and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and coordinating with hiring managers to place talent in suitable roles. The individual will maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process and implement strategies to enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including planning, sourcing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles
  • Strong expertise in Recruiting and Hiring practices, particularly in high-volume or mass-hiring environments
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting effective Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability
  • Ability to work in an on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate with a diverse workforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
