Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter specializing in the BPO industry to join our team in an on-site capacity in Cairo, Egypt. The core responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. The ideal candidate will also develop and execute strategies to attract and retain highly qualified professionals for our BPO operations while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes, specifically within the BPO industry
  • Proficient Recruiting and Interviewing skills to identify and assess top talent effectively
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive candidate experience through professionalism and a customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of employment laws, talent acquisition best practices, and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in BPO recruitment is highly advantageous
