As our Talent
Acquisition Specialist
, you'll help drive our recruiting and candidate experience end-to-end:

  • Source and engage potential talent across platforms (LinkedIn and others)
  • Manage candidate communication and interview coordination
  • Support full-cycle recruiting across roles (engineering & business)
  • Maintain our applicant tracking process and candidate records
  • Help promote openings and culture through social media and community channels
  • Provide a positive, thoughtful candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
  • Assist with basic onboarding tasks and internal communication

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn startup recruiting fundamentals and work closely with founders and hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, people operations, HR, marketing, or a client-facing role
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Social-media savvy and interested in modern talent sourcing
  • Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds

Bonus: familiarity with recruiting tools or technical hiring (not required).
