Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for
    white-collar and blue-collar roles
    across the
    MENA
    and
    APAC
    regions.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies to efficiently attract and secure top-tier talent.
  • Design and implement innovative
    talent acquisition strategies
    to build strong pipelines.
  • Manage
    job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
    .
  • Ensure an outstanding
    candidate experience
    throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay up to date with global market trends and best practices in hiring.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of recruitment experience, ideally within the
    construction or industrial
    sectors.
  • Proven success hiring across
    GCC, MENA, and APAC
    regions.
  • Strong experience collaborating with
    recruitment agencies
    .
  • Proficiency in
    modern recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
    skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a
    fast-paced
    environment.
