Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist within the call center team, located in nasr city, Egypt. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support over the phone, advising patients on pharmacy-related queries, processing medication orders, and ensuring accurate and efficient coordination with the pharmacy team. The role involves maintaining a professional demeanor, delivering clear communication, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and success of El Ezaby Pharmacy.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and medications, with relevant experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and active listening skills to effectively support and guide patients.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competence with call center operations and familiarity with standard software systems and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification, licensed as a pharmacist in Egypt.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
