Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will handle daily customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities involve documenting customer requests, escalating complex matters when needed, and maintaining accurate records in company systems while adhering to established protocols and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and problem-solving during customer interactions
  • Solid foundation in Computer Literacy, including the ability to work with CRM tools and other software systems
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet performance KPIs
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
  • Previous call center experience is required
  • Experience for Medical Field is advantage
  • Selling skills requirments
