Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions, provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing various concerns, managing complaints efficiently, maintaining an organized record of customer interactions, and adhering to company policies to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service Representation and commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to provide effective Customer Support
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy to manage electronic records and interact with digital tools effectively
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in call center or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
