Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Agent (English Speaker) based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks may include documenting customer interactions, escalating issues when necessary, and adhering to company protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and problem resolution
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with communication and ticketing systems
  • Fluency in English is a
