Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Agent (English Speaker) based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks may include documenting customer interactions, escalating issues when necessary, and adhering to company protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and problem resolution
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with communication and ticketing systems
- Fluency in English is a
Must
. - Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
