Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Agent will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, offering guidance on products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the agent will document interactions, manage customer accounts, and escalate issues when necessary to appropriate teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with customers
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the use of customer management systems and related tools
  • Effective time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage
