Salary: 11,313 EGP + 2,187 EGP variable

Training Salary: 11,313 EGP

English Level: (B1+/B2)
Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Call Center Agent located in Maadi, QLD. The Call Center Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Responsibilities may include managing phone calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with product and service information, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong background in customer service, including Customer Service Representative experience and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Customer Support tasks and excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including the ability to efficiently use computer systems and software for call center operations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a call center or similar customer service environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency level of English from ( B1+/B2 )
