Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics, located in Cairo, Egypt. Primary responsibilities include assisting clients by answering inquiries about services, handling booking and appointment scheduling, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout all interactions. The Call Center Agent will act as the first point of contact, representing the professionalism and quality of the clinic.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Support
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy to manage appointment booking systems and utilize CRM tools
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
