Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, managing customer accounts, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships. The Call Center Agent will also be required to use computer systems to access and manage customer information effectively.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
