Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent - SMB // English Account based in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing interactions with customers through various channels. The agent will need to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Customer Service Representatives and in providing Customer Support
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Basic Computer Literacy and proficiency with relevant software
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a relevant area are a plus
