Company Description

Leo Trading Agency, a Limited Liability Company (LLC), specializes in trading agencies and operates on a franchise model. Since July 2012, Leo has been a partner with Vodafone and currently owns and operates 31 Vodafone express stores across Egypt. The company is also involved in import and export activities and offers outsourcing recruitment services.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fluent English Call Center Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally, the role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer concerns, and offering solutions promptly. Some work-from-home arrangements are acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in call center environments is a plus
