Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Pharmacist based in Cairo. The Call Center Pharmacist will be responsible for providing consultation and support to customers over the phone. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries about medications, advising on drug interactions, managing orders, providing information on health and personal care products, and resolving any customer issues efficiently. The role involves liaising with other pharmacy departments to ensure comprehensive care and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A pharmacy degree, a valid license to practice as a pharmacist, and being a recent graduate are most welcome.
  • Proficiency in customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical care
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Experience using pharmacy management software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken

Location: Nasr City

Working hours: 8.5 hours/day
