Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Pharmacist Call Center position. The Pharmacist Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing accurate pharmaceutical consultations, addressing issues related to medications, coordinating prescription services, and ensuring high-quality customer support. Responsibilities also include assisting with home delivery coordination and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, medications, and patient consultation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in managing customer inquiries and delivering high-quality customer support
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field is required
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
  • Completed internship (House Officer/Internship period).
