Role Description

This is a full-time position for an English Back Office Agent (B1+ - Chat & Email), located on-site in One Kattameya, Ring Road, Maadi. The agent will handle customer inquiries via email and chat, provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner, and maintain customer satisfaction by following company guidelines and delivering excellent support. Additional responsibilities include resolving issues, logging relevant details, and ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (minimum B1+ level)
  • Proficiency in handling email and chat-based customer interactions
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tools used in back-office operations
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on efficiency and satisfaction
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus

Salary: Up to 11,500 Net
