Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Agent (voice- non voice) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Back Office Agent will be responsible for handling back office operations, performing customer service tasks, engaging in communication with clients, and supporting finance and sales-related activities. Daily tasks include processing and managing paperwork, answering customer inquiries, and providing assistance with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
