Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Back Office Agent (English account). The Back Office Agent will handle operational tasks efficiently, including managing customer accounts, supporting processes, and ensuring accuracy in data entry. The position involves close coordination with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address inquiries in a timely manner. Agents will also collaborate with different departments to provide consistent and efficient services to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
  • Knowledge of Finance and Sales processes to support business functions
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Experience in the BPO industry or a similar role is a plus
