Role Description

The Back Office Agent for the English account role at ETISAL International Group is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, the agent will handle essential back office operations, assist with administrative tasks, process and analyze financial data, and support the customer service and sales teams as needed. Ensuring high-quality interactions, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively across teams will form a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including administrative tasks and record management

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Understanding Finance and Sales processes

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential

Prior experience in a similar role or in BPO is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software**
